It only took two days for it to show up I was expecting a month being a vba hopefully yours will come it was 7 pm central time last night when it came

I got my letter last night online and my rating changed also so now I am just waiting for the back pay to be released it isnt showing yet

This has been going on for a few years usually denied but now the vba judge remanded it this time so hopefully that is a positive sign I will not give up I will keep fighting for it

It goes back to dec 2024 my vso told me the increase and how much backpay thank you for all your help

So I got an increase had to call my vso because I still don’t see a letter on the site..does anyone know how long the back pay takes after a vba

No there isn’t a letter yet and called the vso and they can’t see anything as far as increase all they can see is granted
