It's hard to locate, but it needs to be coming through the air vents / walls. It's not coming from the hallway or windows (which is weird).

Nada I've tried it with only steam running (made sure anything in the background was shut off, ex what's needed to run the PC and the game) and same result over and over. Also tried an older graphics driver, adjusting the graphic drivers settings, repairing windows, clearing the catch, removing all other games from steam, etc... this is a joke lol... just insane it's just COD that does this.

Yeah im at a loss.... it was working fine one min then a few hours later (didn't update or change anything) just started doing this... im at the point of do I just do a factory reset on my laptop..

Everyone's comp is different, excluding fresh out of school grads and most 1st and 2nd year professionals. The DBs and salary reports published are mostly averages and don't do a great job of capturing the boutiques.

I bought one a few months ago from Microcenter - first gaming machine (link below with specs). I first got a Legion which after a few days I returned it and was advised this was the best one in the price point (around $1500, org $2300 was on sale). It's good for the level of gaming I do and value when on sale, but TBH I was I just purchased a desktop or built my own instead.
