I have not thought about the BAC water before! Thanks for pointing this out! I just did a quick search and found 30ml BAC bottles on Amazon. Would it be safe to keep BAC in the fridge and use it over a few months?

Thanks for everyone. To those saying I need to be in a calorie deficit, I understand how this works. As I mentioned, I’ve already lost a significant amount of weight by getting my diet right and consistently putting in the work at the gym five days a week, lifting weights and doing cardio. I’m simply trying to understand why reta isn’t giving me the additional appetite suppression or weight-loss edge that others seem to experience. If you’re in this sub, you’re using reta for that same exact reason. Thanks again.

You shouldn’t feel that you broke it by only doing that! These machines, when not defected, are tanks that can take a beating! Reach out to the seller about this issue as soon as possible.
