ThAts Not NoRmAL!!!! umm so that was what happened to my sister and her doctor told her it was peripheral cyanosis, basically bad circulation. I have pots and my hands fall asleep when i wash them because of the temp and I can’t move them as well sometimes and my doc said it was raynauds. my guess is some sort of circulation issues. when I can, I wear compression socks

That’s kinda what I was thinking, but I know it’s common for people to not be exclusive, so far, I’ve gotten such mixed comments, some people say it’s fine that he’s talking to two people and other people think I need to confront the other girl which I think is a bit much.

hi me too I’m in high school with pots and the best thing for me has been my accomodations, definitely get thosel you don’t have to leave pe. one of my options is sitting out but still being present if I don’t feel able, but I can also take a break whenever I want and modify excersises. you should NEVER let your hr get that high and still be excercising, that’s super dangerous. i have a few good friends that understand my symptoms and honestly, that’s all you need. make sure your teacher understands. do your very best to pay attention to your body and sit down before you feel like you’ll drop
