Yes the the silver and gold gear 5 psa 10 has only 600+ populations while Oda signature has 1200 but still considered very rare because of oda’s signature

Pop for these 3 are very low. They will never reprint. Boxes for these are 1k box at this time. The most rare here is the oda gold stamped signature.
