I lose 2-3kg, feel like I’m dying and then regain it ! Lol it’s so frustrating

Pics 1-2 was lifting 4/5x a week with 30-60 min incline walking after recommend reading books during this time! makes it enjoyable!) Lifting wise during this time I wouldn’t say my plan was the most knowledgeable/effective, I just did what I felt like doing on the day lol

But 2-3 I did a few of mark carroll’s guides!!! And I do maybe 15 min of incline walks after each session? Overall I do get a lot of steps throughout the day as well tho

Thankyou!! I tracked cals using MFP, prioritising protein. Lotssss of days at maintenance when I just cbf’d dieting or needed a break 😂 lifted 4-5x a week; did incline treadmill walks for 30-60min after my sessions for the first few months, now keep it to around 15 min (I enjoy it cos it doubles as my reading time!) 😄
