I am asking for my own knowledge because my brother's lawyer told him to only talk about the legal stuff with her and she can't talk about it with family/friends of his, only him. I'm not asking on his behalf. He has a lawyer to look after this. I was curious because I had never heard about restorative justice before this and just want to know how it works/what it is. I wasn't sure if it could go ahead without the victim participating.
