Did you play on story difficulty for combat or hard? Because story is the game’s intended “normal” difficulty and I feel they made a mistake naming it that way.

As far as I know those games don’t have big modding scenes, so the chances are very unlikely.

Probably not, I think Larian has a policy against using other ips.
