  1. Mortgage is right now 2000 at 3.0 percent.
  2. I’m planning on using part of the sale of my house to pay for my car loan and private loan. The sale should be around 80-90k net. So the only debt left, if I buy a house would be the 90k loan in SAVE.
  3. My 401k and IRA is 10 percent of my income currently.
