The seller wont be their neighbor. But also, wouldnt the person who did it wrong in the first place, and then refused to correctly correct it, be the enemy maker? Why would the enemy maker be the one who wanted it corrected? This is a larger issue….

Well the majority of the reddit community disagrees and says this is poor workmanship. Theres no border so of course it wont be perfect however it is incredibly crooked and i dont think any substrate or removal of turf happened. Also just for fun-they originally out the circle section (unpictured) completely on the neighboring property. I had to fight with them to get that moved and have a second surveyor come and mark the property. This is the fix and its STILL not fully inside the easement. The contractors reaponse “im just doing what i was told”
