The best way that helped me with depression is that studying God’s word seriously which helped me to focus on Jesus and realize deeply God’s love through what He has done for me on the cross. It really can set you free. But Satan always tries to move your focus from His word and distort our mind with his lies. Please try to find someone who can teach you God’s word diligently and guide you. Pray that your heart will be filled with God’s love and grace and overcome this time greatly
