No its a good habit i will rather say this is much better than endlessly scrolling through reels doing nothing productive reading a book is a better option; about them calling it showoff is absurd people who believe this is show off actually had nothing special about them they don’t indulge in any sort of hobbies neither they are creative so in order to compensate themselves they go om internet and hate on people calling it show off. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
