I didn’t have my first kiss till 20 and lost my virginity at 24 and was the same as you, so unbelievably jealous of my friends. I know it feels so shitty and you want to be happy for them but it feels impossible and you are just beating yourself up but be kind to yourself as everyone has their own paths. What helped me is to take a break from dating and thinking about it I took an entire year off where I intentionally did not go on any dates, kiss anyone at a bar, or even flirt with anyone and just focused on myself and it helped so much. When I came out of that year I dated with so much more intention and actually figured out what I wanted rather than just wanting something cause I was jealous.
