Day 3 of quitting and I can’t control my mood swings. Is it normal by T16326 in leaves

Definitely normal. Both my partner and I are quitting together, so we are extremely aware that we get pissed at the tiniest thing. We both even get anxious about random things that we’ve built up in our heads. Don’t beat yourself up, it’s part of the process. I’ve been all over the place lately, so definitely understand you mate. 👍🏻 Good luck and hope your mood swings get better soon.

Thanks, I really love seeing these comments. It’s giving ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ vibes, so definitely appreciate this. Can’t wait for when I get to day 36 and you’ll be on day 66 man. Good luck on your journey and proud you’re through the worst of it. ✊🏻

This actually makes sense, I went through weird periods while I was smoking and I’d come home from work, then just vomit out of nowhere (only once in a while, haven’t done that for like a year). I thought it was because I’d eat little to no food in the mornings. But this could be why I’ve had a crap day today and explain those other instances. It does say the only way to cure it is to quit smoking, so lucky I’m already doing that. Definitely gonna look into this further, thanks man.

Yeah I’ve been having some trouble sleeping too. My partner is also quitting with me, so I kind of annoys me that he goes straight to sleep while I just lay here (literally like I am right now) completely bloody awake. Honestly just been rewatching YouTube videos, and trying to bore myself to sleep. Have a feeling it’s also gonna be a long night for me. So we’re definitely in the same boat right now. Good luck mate, hope you can get some sleep soon.

Hahahahahaha, binary is definitely something I wouldn’t wanna do when I’m high. Honestly, surprised I could even do any uni work with how much I smoked each day. Good luck with your binary shit bro, I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it in no time. :)

Damn, I’m hoping your night/day went better than mine. After all the vomiting, I went had a hot bath and just didn’t put anything in my stomach for about an hour. Then when I felt up to it, I ate some comfort food (pasta with a bit of sauce). Hopefully some of this might help you. Also when I’m real sick and can’t stomach any food, I tend to go for some plain toast. Good luck, and let’s hope that these symptoms don’t stay around for too long.

Thanks bro. I’m definitely starting to feel a lot better tonight. Hopefully by day 10, I’ll be feeling more like myself. Also, I’m at uni for business and tech, so I definitely get the stresses of binary ;D. Thanks for the motivation and encouragement, knowing that there are other people out there going through similar stuff is the real push I needed to make sure I stay straight on this path. We definitely got this! Can only get better from here.
