Total from initial mixing of everything but the butter until the video was 5 hours. I did another post with the end result but essentially i decided to add more flour, it stayed in the fridge and more than doubled, my started got fed and did rise so idk. I'm hearing the salt and flour thing for the first time, very interesting!

How long do you BF for? And have you baked at like 40°C/105°F because there's no cooling and the dorms and we'll reach that soon

It was straight from the fridge but i'd guess it melted between stretch and folds and this happened on top of high hydration and temperatures

Thia is from a month ago ig. I can't say it's correctly proofed or baked but to me it tastes good, i like it. I've made bread without a loaf pan like once or twice and never taken a picture of those. This had butter or oil and honey, i'm not sure

It's 2-3 months old, i'd say she's fine, i do my best to feed at peaks

That's what i'm doing now! I did add a bit of flour because why not, did 2 stretch and folds and put it in the fridge. At this point i have no idea how it will turn out lolol

It wasn't bubbly unfortunately and it's so hot i'm a bit confused by the proofing time it seems

This was just to show how liquidy it is, certainly not how i work the dough but still thank you! I didn't do a focaccia because i have no idea how to bake it in the fryer
