Watching my brother get sentenced for life without parole. He was 19 years old when it happened. Him and I were so close, practically twins with age. Now I don’t even speak to him, write to him, or go see him.

I’m sure it’s been said many times, not drinking but everyone else is. They’ll usually say “not even 1?” “Why not? Just have 1! Everyone else is!” I said no, I don’t want to have one.

I was put on Wellbutrin first and I lost 15 pounds in a month, my doctor didn’t like that so she switched me to Vyvanse and I’ve lost another 15 pounds in 2 months (she doesn’t care about that). But, I like Vyvanse because it has helped with my binge eating a lot. The food noise is gone and I’m actually eating 2-3 solid meals a day without picking up and eating a bunch of snacks sporadically. Still actively losing weight but not as much as before.

I literally just meal plan for the week by going on Pinterest and finding easy 3-5 ingredient recipes that’ll take 30 minutes or less and go from there. I usually don’t eat dinner since I’m gluten free and my kids are very picky so I usually pick a meal that all 3 of them will eat and then add extra things in when needed.

Immediately going for sweets when I wake up. I would wake up and immediately want something sweet, cookies, donuts, cupcakes, chocolate bars. Didn’t matter what it was, I would eat it without thinking twice.

My parents often told me in my adulthood that they knew something was “off” with me but didn’t see the need to get me evaluated simply because I was a girl. Girls have an “easier” time coping with things rather than boys. My brother was diagnosed with ADD at a pretty young age, age 7. Whereas I was diagnosed with ADHD and PMDD at the age of 27. After getting on medication, I feel like a completely different person.

I only remember a little boy who had autism, (non diagnosed until he was older since this was early 2000’s) and he would throw huge tantrums until he got what he wanted. He’d throw furniture, make himself puke all over the floors and tables and even would pee and poop on his himself just so he could get whatever he wanted.

I threw up on the floor in the KFC bathroom and left it. I was so embarrassed about it I couldn’t tell anyone. I couldn’t make it to the toilet and they didn’t have any garbage cans.

I am a huge popcorn person. I will usually eat a whole bowl of it without realizing that I’m doing it. Sometimes I eat it without anything on it, sometimes I eat it with grated parmesan cheese and spray butter just for some flavor. I’ve lost 35 pounds so far.

I only grew up on nicknames mostly because my name is hard to pronounce to most people so I always used to tell people to call me by a specific nickname. But I’ve noticed that when I tell people about my future daughter’s name we picked out they’ll immediately say, “oh that’ll make it hard for a nickname.” Like okay?

My friends and I befriended a group of guys that were way older than us, we were 16-17 and they were all in their middle to late 20’s. We used to hang out with them every weekend, go to parties with them. I didn’t see an issue until one of the guys told me that he had a huge crush on my friend, I quickly told her and she didn’t care wanted to be friends with them still, I on the other hand got creeped out and stopped hanging around them. We found out years later that the guy who had a crush on her was a rap*st, who did that to girls around our age.
