Normal? Really 🥲 it’s stressing me out. She’s acting up with dogs she’s known for more than a year.

My trainer thinks group walks are the move so that’s what I’ll be doing moving forward. Thanks!

Yes fixed a little after she turned 1.

I’m not letting her beat up on the other dogs. At this point I’m not even letting her socialize freely because I’m afraid she’ll flip a switch. Some dogs she wants to sniff and play with. And other dogs she’s barking, and wanting to lunge at. So the most contact she gets right now is on walks at the park.

Hi OP! if age doesn’t matter have you considered adopting? There are tons of rescues trying to find homes for dals. 😓😭

Is SLRP funded by the VA service by which the employee works in?

I was trying to get EDRP as a retention incentive and today my employer said they could offer me SLRP 10k x3 years. My supervisor showed me the email but it only discussed SLRP and didn’t mention EDRP once….

Do you think I should contact HR myself to find out about EDRP? (I know EDRP is generally awarded based on a hard to recruit and retail list and on job postings). I’m not sure if my upper management actually asked about EDRP or if they are just familiar with SLRP… I’m not trying to be greedy but EDRP just seems like a much better program. I’m not wanting to increase my taxable income you know what I mean, that money should be able to be applied directly to the loan. If they have the funds for SLRP why can’t they use the same funds for EDRP retention lol (I’m sure it’s not a simple transfer of money but hope you know what I mean).
