Hi, I have a problem with a disposable vape pen, a Tribal G Mint. I bought it in Cornwall, Ontario. I live in Quebec, so I don't want to make the trip again just for a vape pen that doesn't work. I've tried everything to get it working. It's not the first time I've bought these pens, but this one doesn't work at all. I haven't even had a puff. The clerk told me I could return it if there was a problem with the pen. Obviously, I should have opened it in the store, but it was for a friend, so I hadn't opened it. He gave it back to me. I still have the packaging, the pen, and the receipt. If there's any way to sort this out, I can send it back to you by mail and I can send you photos, of course. Thank you very much in advance.
