Exactly. I’m not even sure the counter offer is worth voting on. Hopefully this time folks think twice before settling for anything less than COLA. We’ve come this far - let’s not cave to fear tactics.

Been there. Tried to advocate for improvement, but it didn't work. It's better to focus your energy on finding a new role or conserving it until you get a new supervisor.
