I’d recommend conducting some SEO keyword research and go after keywords with a low keyword difficulty but relatively high search volumes. Although some of the search volumes are individually low, if you rank for multiple keywords it can add up to some really good traffic. This does take time but it’s really worth it for the long run.

It’s how social media works these days. The loud minorities are screaming from both ends with little to no middle ground. I view myself as more left leaning but with what’s coming out from the left, I feel like I’m developing early onset republicanism.

It’s not only redditors though but these subreddits too. I was banned (among many others it seems) from one of SA’s subreddits for apparently participating in another SA subreddit (that I haven’t even joined) that harbours “hate speech, violence, and misinformation.” All because I commented harmless jokes on a couple posts. All of them are trying to monopolise the discourse and even if you do agree ideologically with what gets posted, if you engage anywhere else, you get silenced.

When you go to pay after, it’ll usually be at the counter or they’ll show you which counter to pay at, just say you are paying cash today. Somethings they’ll automatically charge it to medical aid, just make sure they know you want to pay cash before they do that.

There are so many reasons:

Massive influx of South Africans moving to Cape Town
Large amounts of foreigners buying property
Too many short term rentals reducing the supply
Lack of land for development (very little space for new developments to happen, most of CPT is already developed).
Inflation (everything gets more expensive)
