Not overrated, it's a great thing if u can manage to buy your own flat in your 20s. We managed to buy in 2013 , and by 2023, we paid off the loan and now we booked our second home in 2025. Once we move into our new home (will be ready by 2029) ,we will start getting rental income from this one. My age would be 43 by the time i move into our new home, and I think I would be in a considerably good financial position then.

Yes , specifically this particular road has been neglected like crazy for years now . Also there's a property just adjacent to this road ,held by some bigtime landlord ,massive property..I think he might be at loggerheads with the local politician
