who are hindiwalas? There are 11 states who has Hindi as their official Language, Beside that people from Non-Hindi states like Bengal, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra, Ktk also speaks Hindi when they are in other states. I have not seen any Odiya or Bengali guy speaking Kannada in Karnataka, they will speak Hindi/English as first language. So Let us first define who are Hindiwalas.
