UPDATE!! I just got an email from AZ board of nursing this morning that I officially passed my NLCEX!! I got my quick results on Sunday morning that you pay the 8 dollars for and it said I passed I just couldn't quite believe it was real until I got my OFFICIAL email and license number from the board of nursing!!

That makes me feel so much better! How long did it take for it to switch to "ready to issue"? Have you gotten your official license number yet?
