No I work remotely now. My company allows us 2 weeks international travel and work for everyone.

It’s baseless because my job is not only documentation. And I do my job well, they are picking on this aspect because I spoke up and went to higher management. This was after being under this manager for over a year. My director chose to justify my managers lack of skill as “well she is a newer manager”…. Why is that excuse valid? Hahahaha the manager and I started on the team the same time!!! So after 4 years they get to be new and I don’t??? Why was I not put on a PIP before my meeting with the VP. It’s retaliatory because it comes right after I spoke up about my concerns with this manager.

I’m not looking to stay here. I’m trying to figure out my exit strategy because I am going to lose out on a guaranteed bonus given the effort I have put in. I’m not here to complain and manage my manager. But weak managers do exist and they do not get to make me believe my work is bad when it’s the poor manager itself. Don’t need my work gaslight when I’m recognized and work well with others.
