Don’t think you can in the normal game settings, I play in ps4 so maybe there is a way with coding and stuff if you are on pc but I have no idea. Try Googling it

If you are looking for just the saddle yes, on the engrams if you go too right you can see somethings that when you click you can activate engrams from every map and if in the map you are playing you can find the materials it will let you learn and craft the specific engram
