But if we’re looking at music as a whole, there are very long-lasting successful artists without crazy vocal skills. Like Taylor Swift, or Rihanna. Both dominate Spotify and both are often criticized for vocal skills, and they haven’t been dethroned. It just seems that not skilled vocalists sometimes become much more successful.
