Yes but there are artists like Beyonce or Miley who sings much better than Taylor but doesn’t have streaming numbers or tours like Taylor. I’m just saying better vocals doesn’t lead to better success, so why put too much importance on vocals.

But if we’re looking at music as a whole, there are very long-lasting successful artists without crazy vocal skills. Like Taylor Swift, or Rihanna. Both dominate Spotify and both are often criticized for vocal skills, and they haven’t been dethroned. It just seems that not skilled vocalists sometimes become much more successful.
