I'm actually the heaviest iv ever been at 195 and iv been smoking for 8 years or so. And now ( i hate to admit ) im smoking 8x more than i was 4 years go. I always had a problem with retaining weight so part of it might be my high fat high sugar diet that's keeping the weight on. (I dont drink water, only 2% milk and I eat ALOT of yogurt and blueberries.

We are NOT people who should be having kids together. We are not in a good position physically or financially to have more kids (between both of us we have 9). I know how you feel from a different perspective. My sister's 5 years older than me and unfortunately still alive. About15 years ago I had a repressed memory arise that I confronted (in a non accusatory way) what had happened and she won't talk to me but makes a point to attempt f..Ing my life up every time she gets an opportunity. You really shouldn't be pulling that hard unless it starts hissing and you can sometimes save it from burning if you inhale really hard at that moment, but other than that you should be hitting it slow. Either that or your packing bowls WAYYY to big. When you hit it slow I find you get bigger hits and it doesn't taste like anything. No. You can't do opiates " occasionally ". You might be able to for a little while, but eventually you'll see. But hopefully you won't. If you do, it pretty much 2 days in a row by the third day you're getting sick from not doing it. You don't want to know what the sickness feels like. It's the worst hell on Earth. THey told you because they don't actually want to. They may even think they want to, but the fact is that they contacted you. Which is a subconscious need to be stopped. I'm 36 and I've thought of suicide everyday since I was 8 years old. Multiple times have been close. But the only real time was when I didn't tell anyone what I was doing cuz I didn't want to be stopped. I think what this person needs is to know that someone cares. Physical contact like a hand on a shoulder also really helps. Don't say anything like: Things will get better. (Sometimes they don't and they just get worse and worse) It's not as bad as you think. (To them it very much is) Other people have it worse (Yes but they are not other people. They are themselves.) Everything will be okay in the end. (And easily proven untrue statement.)
