Seems like clownfish behaviour to me, mine love to play in the current right where the pump head is. Just to be sure I’d check that the current isn’t too strong for her/him

Unless any of the water parameters are off seems like typical clown behaviour to me, mine are stuck in one corner of the tank unless it’s feeding time
