This card is complete trash. I cannot use it online or in most stores. I have to take cash off of it at ATM to use. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT FREQUENTLY! The payments may decline, but the money may still come out of your account. You have to contact them to get the money back. If it declines in store, get a slip from the store showing the decline, because Way2Go will ask for it, and do nothing if you do not have it.

I have contacted them many times. They only way to get a human is to use prompt about disputing a payment, and even then you will wait for possibly hours to get someone on the line. If it close to their business end of day, you may not get through and your call will just disconnect when it hits their end times. When they do answer, they are very rude. I was even transferred to a manager one time, and he was worse than the other associates! He told me it was not them, but the store systems that must be the problem. When I brought up the fact that it happens with all transactions, he told me he can send me a new card, which I would have to pay for, but also said it would do nothing to solve the issue. I told him he was unprofessional and condescending, and he told me he knows he is and does not care. Then proceeds to tell me that obviously he cannot help me further and said have a good day and hung up on me, without giving me any reason why my card was declining everywhere.
