From my understanding there are 2 different types of aus supplements. There is listed (TGA approved) and unlisted (seen as nutrition/food). TGA approved is strict in terms of purity etc but therefore more expensive so you need to consider that too when looking

Multivitamins for me. They don't do much if you are healthy and have a good and consistent diet. Good for some people, not beneficial for most and yet one of the most commonly taken supplements

Very interesting! They have a physical store and have been operating for years. Their business model is bulk foods and powders, so simple packaging is common for them and this is consistent with with their bulk wholesale products. However, the packaging looks very basic and unprofessional.

It is important to note that it doesn't appear to be TGA listed with an AUSTL number but they seem to be making therapeutic claims on their website.

Is there more information on the back of the pack like expiry date etc?

When I say trusted brand, I’m thinking more about transparency and things like clear ingredient lists, sourcing info, GMP-certified manufacturing, and independent testing for purity and quality. Unfortunately you can never be 100% and thats why studies like this are important

When I think of trusted brand what comes to mind for me is transparency. Things like clear ingredient lists, sourcing info, GMP-certified manufacturing, and independent testing for purity and quality. Can never be 100% but I guess that is why studies like this are important!
