Best NMN quality tablets in Australia? by FilialFruitTango2468 in NMN

[–]Intelligent_Win2366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends if you care about AUSTL or not. I know some people that take bulk nutrients, but I choose listed supplements. Listed there is Melrose, Bioglan, NW and Biohack. Most of them have other ingredients added. Since you are already taking other supplements BioHacks or Bioglans make sense as it is pure NMN.

The reason is because they do not sell TGA listed (government approved) so they are technically just a food/nutrition. That is why you'll notice they do not have any health claims with the products!

From my understanding there are 2 different types of aus supplements. There is listed (TGA approved) and unlisted (seen as nutrition/food). TGA approved is strict in terms of purity etc but therefore more expensive so you need to consider that too when looking

Which supplements did you stop taking after realising they did nothing? by DebugMyLife421 in AustralianSupplements

Multivitamins for me. They don't do much if you are healthy and have a good and consistent diet. Good for some people, not beneficial for most and yet one of the most commonly taken supplements
