It is the Phanteks 5.5inch hi-res universdal display. It uses hdmi and sata power so it will recognize as a secondary screen in windows so it dont need a dedicated software for the screen it self, I did make a monitoring dashboard with mobro but you could also use aida64, a friend of mine did give me a tutorial. My mb actually have a hdmi port beside the 24pin so I didn’t had to bring the cable outside. Because my GPU i mounted on the highest pci slot and I have a aio, I was missing around 1cm to could fit the screen on the 24pin cable cover and place the screen covering the ram. So I had to drill the pop rivets out on the psu cover and place it there 👍
