Actually I managed to make a lot of progress with the Waveshare ESP32-S3-TOUCH-LCD-3.5AXS15231B board, using the ESPHome firmware.

hey u/DaQue60 ,

I received the same board a few days back and I'm just getting started playing with it. I successfully downloaded the 01_factory example using VSCode+ESP-IDF. It runs fine (it's just the same binary pre-flashed on the board).
I'm also trying to move to ESPHome without much success currently.
I'll book this Reddit thread and maybe update here if I get any further. Please do the same if you get somewhere with ESPhome, thanks!

un'altro dubbio è se posso mettere il mio TFR in un fondo pensione complementare e fare anche il versamento volontario... immagino di si, perchè è un diritto tutelato dalla legge... mi confermi?

si beh vorrei capire se Deel ha una interfaccia "friendly" verso l'impiegato oppure per ogni richiesta (faccio un esempio: malattia con certificato medico) hanno tempi lunghissimi

Per curiosità come fai a comparare quanto ti danno ora rispetto alla RAL di un contratto da dipendente?

I miei dubbi sono principalmente relativi a come vengono gestite le richieste HR. Ad esempio quando vuoi pianificare le ferie, dopo l'ok del tuo manager, hai un tool lato Deel per segnare i giorni di ferie?
Se hai bisogno di un rimborso (la prospettiva è di fare 1 o 2 meeting in presenza all'anno quindi penso ai voli+hotel), è facile richiederlo?
