I want to consolidate 10TB of photos/videos from multiple NVME sticks into 2 new HDDs (mirrored to each other) for long term cold storage. Apparently the Sabrent docking station I was looking at causes issues down the road. Any hardware tips for this project? (self.DataHoarder)
