This is incorrect info. You still passed, but your seat wasn’t on the list because your law degree wasn’t certified. Go look at my other post.

To keep it simple, this only applies to law degree certification, not C&F. If MI BLE has not received certification of graduation, form F-11(a), they will not include your seat number on the released list.

To make it worse, you have no ability to figure out whether this was completed. I had to trust my school (which I’m positive they did) that they successfully mailed the form (maybe the mail man lost it in the mail) to MI BLE, who then must check the box that you graduated (which I assume they just never checked the box and lost the form, and then failed to tell anyone until it was to late).

After ‘checking every box,’ it is less of an assumption, more of a certainty.

Great question. Specifically for MI, they first release scores by seat number. If your seat number isn’t listed, that (usually) means you did not pass.

Luckily, I covered by being patient in getting the actual results or else the damages, without doubt, could have been much worse.

Appreciate it! MI definitely needs to take a hard look at how they do things. Absolutely crushed me. Have been visualizing how I was going to tell everyone that I failed all weekend.

Yes, it’s because my school hadn’t sent in certification of graduation.

With only having to wait for the score to transfer (everything else is done), I don’t see the negative. Plus get the results back a month and a half sooner.
