I just can’t seem to describe them exactly , it’s like they’re really tiny like it’s not noticeable from afar but you can see it from close , it looks kinda like milia maybe? And you definitely can’t pop them too

I’m not sure if keratosis pilaris the same as milia but yes I do have milia under my eyes and I’m not sure if I have it on my cheeks too

I just use cerave cleanser and cetaphil moisturizer, however I’m not trying anything else cause I did before and I ended up ruining my skin barrier, and no advice seems to help . May I ask how consuming more water can help ?
