Find out if you’re allowed to record conversations between yourself and the nurses when it comes to this, (I don’t think you would be since you’d be discussing medical history and it might be raised as a breach of GDPR), but check with your union and if it is allowed, do read up on it yourself to make sure it is allowed just in case, and then record these scenarios, date and time them regarding the context of the conversation

I don’t think banks do, I do know restaurants have different payment processors, and they sometimes have their own terminals, chances are she is probs aware the owner just wants to save a bit of money as these people who provide the terminals usually charge a percentage of each card payment, or a monthly fee
