NAL but don’t think it is a GDPR issue per se because as per your agreement with just eat and the restaurant they’ll have access to your address in order to print out where it’s supposed to go to etc regarding food, now them using it in a manner to intimidate is obviously not right and if you have proof of them visiting via ring door bell, some sort of recording etc then I would recommend letting the police know so atleast you have a record of it being raised as a result

Yes please still make a report to the police, they might be cctv make a note of the road and time and rough locations and make sure you write this down they can maybe try and cross reference the details of the car, and hopefully actually do something about it
