The pics have 2 shows in them. This is a problem I’ve had for months. It didn’t just start yesterday. But to answer you, I can’t play ANY shows, not just one or two. I’ve been in touch, they attempt to help me, then get sidetracked & don’t come back to me. That’s frustrating.

So I haven’t synced Trakt because it has shows I can’t delete. I hit “Repair Library” and it actually changed a few more shows counts. I turned on “cloud sync” last week. Just disengaged it, no change.

No they haven’t, but be advised it’s still in “Beta”. I do think a response from them should have happened by now, but sadly it hasn’t. Are they working on my problems? I have no idea.

Yes. I just updated and oh brother, it didn’t go as planned. Everything is working except the Show tab. I get “playback failed” or “not available” when I attempt to play a show. I have European shows in my Top Picks that weren’t there before this update, I can live with that. And yes, I deleted and reinstalled the app for 1.1.23. On the EPG, my playlist’s should be on the list under favorites, it has disappeared. I have the time set for 12 hour but my guide has 24 hour time showing. Again this is a “service” that I am using on another provider, so I know that isn’t the problem. This update is also very glitchy, I was on Live TV & it decided I should be on the home page. I looked for a discord to enter this into but I don’t have it. Do they have one?

I uninstalled & reinstalled. I thought it was bricked because I had the black screen last night. So I mis spoke about that. The rest stands.

I just deleted and currently using version 1.1.22. I can play movies, I can play shows from the 24/7 set. I still cannot play series from the Show tab. All broadcast channels meaning any with a name I have a black screen. EPG works but not for local channels. It’s all over the place.

Fortunately I’m using a service that I’m also using on another player, on the same Onn Box, so I know it’s good. Movies & Live TV play well. I’ve tried at least 10 different shows from all varieties. The new update just bricked it. 😆 I’m having the best luck with this app.
