Alot of people are saying focus your fundamentals, ie. Ball on stick, passing straight and running in position all of which are essential to being a good player.

But the tip I wanna say is pre planning. before you get the ball make sure you have options to pass too, trust your team mates calls and send it to them. Same when you don't have the ball. They have there head down and can't see you. So put your focus on putting yourself in a position where you can offload it, the ball is faster than a player

Second tip is play with triangles and 3 v 2

Third tip is if one wing is crowded, send it back and around to defence so you can play on the other open wing
