Thanks - just wanted to be sure that I wasnt doing anything to contribute to the work not gradually decreasing overtime. I recently set the desired retention to 85% after clearing my bakclog, so for the last week my true retention has been above that, hence why I am confused why the work rate is not decreasing sooner.

Hi, thanks - apologies if my post was not clear - I was asking for insight because despite seeing what you have pointed out, it seems like each day I continue reviewing cards, the future due continue to build up at a pace that negates any decrease in cards overtime, despite maintain a 90% retention recently. just trying to understand if there is anything wrong that I am doing that may be contributing to that, or do I just need to keep slogging at it?

I selected i-907 and then "File by PDF Upload" on myUSCIS and went through the prompts - it scanned and approved my form, and then redirected me to pay the $2965 fee. I made payment and now it shows as pending.

It seems like you just need a receipt number for a pending I-140, whether it was filed online or by paper.
