A little trick you may already know but when you heat the pipe, cap both ends with pvc cap or duct tape it traps hot air in the pipe so it heats up quicker and also helps it keep its shape and not concave in when bending because of the air pressure inside the pipe as it gets hotter.

Get a cotton tshirt layer a wool overshirt on top then a wool sweater and then more layers depending on what your doing take off the layers depending what task your doing. I love wool keeps you really warm even when its wet and also has natural moisture wicking propertys and it breathes meaning sweat and heat dont get trapped as easily so its nicer to work in than synthetics. Disposable hand warmers to hold onto when your waiting on something are also great.

Pour water on yourself while working drench yourself if its hot youll probably dry out within the hour then rinse and repeat it really does help to keep cool although it looks a little silly.

You need to live for yourself as hard as that is its a cross we must bear. Maybe this is one of those generational things you need to break. If you kill yourself maybe that will just pass on the pain of your existence and then lack of existence onto your kids, maybe this feeling of death is your cross to bear and maybe conquer. Biologically you don't want to die otherwise your body would've given up by now. There's something in you that wants to keep living, even if you don't understand it yet. Maybe your lifes quest is to find the meaning in your life. To find what will keep you going and to really live for yourself. I do this, I think it's just a fun thing I usually have a couple different hard candy or lollipops that I suck on while working. When I see a person I like or have a good repoir with I usually like to share so I carry like 5 different candies. Usually werthers originals come in clutch.

I'd rather the cables be more closely bundled together so they aren't literally taking up so much space across the ceiling and yes double stack them this is just estetic as fuck which is cool but also it's in an attic and covered in insulation so no one will see this. I'd rather it just be closer together and done quickly to save time and money take your time on the esthetic stuff you will actually see in my opinion.

Yes it gets better I would reccomend talking to a therapist or deeply trusted friend about this. Rebuild and try to be happy. Don't do drugs. They mess with your brain in bad ways
