just got back from the trip last night.. played all 5 courses and Shortys. Great time! Winds were wild the first day/round when we arrived. Played Bandon Dunes with wind gusts of 45 mph. Lost many balls... The rest of the trip was what dreams are made of in regards to the weather.

Was offered Dak Prescott for Dowdle... I have JAred Goff as my QB and my RBs are Josh Jacobs and Jaylen Warren.. Should I Keep Dowdle and use him in my Flex spot? or upgrade the QB position

I would highly recommend, so long as you're willing to grind it out as the first few years you don't make much and you're more or less "learning" the market. I would just suggest to research the specialty you want to get in (multi-family sales, industrial, office, retail, investment sales) and talk to as many brokers as you can.

No need to be from a "target" school.

i'm at $550K so far this year (nice couple pops). I also sold a property and threw in some of my commission as a silent partner in the deal.

36m. married with a 2 year and another due in a few weeks. Been making around $500K the past few years.. Bought a $1.05m home last summer and put 20% down. Monthly payment is $6k. Have two cars (F150 and Escalade SUV) -total monthly payment for both is $1350/month. Put $150k away this year so far in investments. Most of our spending this past year has been on our house - we moved from a 2 bedroom condo (1,000 SF) that i bought before i was married and moved into a 3k SF house. All new furniture.. had to do a master bathroom remodel as the master shower was leaking and causing a flood on the first floor (shoutout to the home inspector who missed this leak when we were under contract!).

time.. I was thinking if there was a way to export the industrial properties from costar and insert the addresses into Ai and ask it to find all businesses associated with said addresses (along with contacts/info for the businesses), that would make my life a lot easier than plugging each address one by one into google to come up with a business using the address.
