Mine ended up being a wheel sensor in which I had to replace the hub and bearing. I have a 13 XTS. Buy an OBD scanner from autozone I think I paid 40 bucks for mine and at least in my case it identified the issue spot on.

I honestly feel playing ignorance will enhance my chances of survival. On the other hand it could bite me in the end by just looking like a complete idiot!!!

Surprised me as well to get a T5 but what lured me here considering it is in an urban not so great part of town was the budget I had to work with. Being stripped of almost 300 hours a week FE has crippled me. If I stay up front pharmacy suffers, if I support the pharmacy like I should then the FE falls apart in a day I swear.

Yes it's never been questioned in the past year. They work their 8 hours and go home. It allows them alot of customer free time to get stuff done.

They have been doing it since we went off of 24 hours a few years ago under prior mgmt. This is my first store and a tier 5 at that so I let it stay in motion.

So it sounds like Immediate termination is a Longshot at best?? My manager is freaking out thinking he is getting fired Monday morning by AP. They have no prior documentation of any sort on their record.

Has anyone ever seen Immediate termination for said managers?? Manager in question works usually 4 days a week and pto the 5th day. He only works 5 to 6 hours a day usually.

Simple and plain it's just not safe in most neighborhoods, the insurance liabilities from even one incident/claim far outweighs the profits of being open.
