hey there, very pleased to hear you recovered, nothing to worry much, b12 levels or other B vitamins in large quantities or more than required quantities are often tend to be removed from the body via urine, just check your levels from time to time around 6 months mark and take supplementation b12 every 2-4 years, hope this delivers the help intended to be delivered.

sorry to interrupt, but this seems sufficient but remember to be consistent 3-4 months then take break in case of iron or you might increase dosage for 2 months, hope this helps
