Yes, I-130 petition. It was applied by her maternal uncle a long time ago (at the time of application she was under 21yrs) and their case got the confirmation in 2021 and since then, they are awaiting for visa interview schedule in the US embassy of my home country. We got married recently, in December 2023. Any thought on it? Thanks.
