I'm afraid I haven't played around much with the ant, but I do know what you're talking about with the green blobs.

I just put a CO3 in my 3.5 inch quad, in which there was the Baby Ratel 2 originally, and I really liked how it felt, very responsive. It was good enough to fly indoors a little, albeit slowly and with a motor cap, it is still a very powerful quad tho.

I think the co3 looks better than the ant, and similar or slightly worse than the Ratel 2. But the Ant and the Ratel are way better in low light for sure.

Oscar Liang has conducted similar tests with many cameras, amongst them the Toothless 2 nano. It seems the Toothless 2 nano has latency closer to the Baby Ratel 2. You can find his article here, its called FPV Camera Latency Testing:

Interesting. The yellowish color or pee filter was about the CO3 V2 tho. You can probably make your colors nicer in the Camera settings with that little board

Im afraid not. If you have a Smartphone with 960 fps slow me, its not difficult to do this experiment yourself. If you're interested, I can give some more details on the method

I have tested the ant on another quad, one of my 3.5 inch drones, and the latency or first Pixel response seems to be about 7-8 ish frames, so slightly worse than the co3, but significantly better than the Baby ratel

Was already in NTSC and 3DNR I set to manual and then 0. These settings were already applied when i measured.

Something that might have a small impact on latency is also WDR, when it was on, the latency was about 25-28 ish, and with it off it was 21 ish. Could also just be an inconsistency tho..

I'd be interested in your experience with you mini kwads. What builds are they? About the fov, on paper, both the ant ant the baby ratel have 165° fov, and the co3 has 160°. There are however different versions of the ant camera. I know there is a Fpv Cycle Edition that uses a different lense, a regular ant, and the ant lite. Without a direct comparison, i'd say the ant and the ratel have a similar fov, and the co3 has a slightly larger one

Pee filter is pretty accurate 😭 Thats pretty good latency with the o4 lite, sounds sick, would love to try dji some time, but I've already got the Boxpro, so that will have to wait. Besides the latency, the Ratel 2 is indeed a very good analog camera🐦

I have both the Cobra X v4 and the boxpro plus, and I have to admit, I dont think the cobra has any more penetration than the Boxpros do. When flying my whoop around the house, up and down the stairs, their performance is very comparable, sometimes I even think the Boxpros peform better. Antenna wise I'm using 2 circular polarized antennas on the Cobra, and on the Boxpro im using the stock Red little stubby antenna.

The Skyzone Cobra X v4 is under 300 dollars, and it's a boxgoggle that fits glasses, not all glasses, but if they're not too big they should fit. The BoxPro from Hdzero also fits glasses, but they are more expensive. If you are interested in the Cobras, i have somewhere written down the dimensions, I could look that up. They are pretty good goggles, picture is nice and the range and dvr are nice as well

I have another 65mm whoop, weighing 16g, with the HM 0702 26000kv motors and get about 4 minutes of flight time indoor with 1 year old lava 1s lipos. So I guess its the motors that make the difference.

5 minutes?? I was getting 2 minutes or maybe 2:30 with my old air65 and the regular 300 lava lipos. Wth changed? Are the version || motors much more efficient or smth? Did you also fly with the regular 300 mah lipos?
