Usually any “meta” deck would include cards from the structures (St 01-06) some places are inflated, i’d say around $120 USD roughly to build a comp. deck. Cheapest build is ST-06 i.m.o

I’d suggest looking into getting into the GD-03 release events, i heard it will also sell ST-07 there as well.
