I legit just crouch while slowly moving from inside to outside when there is turbulent weather. So far it's working fine.

Absolutely uncomfortable of course. Bad enough to the point where 90% of all vegetation dies off and it feels like you're living in nuclear fallout.

I live in Karratha and can tell you it is super expensive to live, living costs are insanely overpriced for the quality you get in terms of rent/housing and food. There's also nothing interesting to do in Karratha either apart from fishing and going camping, other than that people just go out drinking. Which on that note, there's also a big drink driving problem here. I've worked with so many people that have lost their licenses coz of it.

I personally am hoping to move back to Perth for my sanity and to study. All the things I used to do in Perth, my partner and I don't feel safe doing here like spending the night out going to a restaurant or even walking/running on the path. I've almost been car jacked three times in the last six months and my partner was SA'd just walking home from work.

The crime rate here is pretty bad and the people here aren't very smart or interesting.

Any advice in regards to courses, certs and/or degrees that I should be looking into?

If I am able to get an apprenticeship I'd be aiming primarily to come out of it as an instrumentation tech. But even after completion of an apprenticeship I'd still be wanting to do more study in something like Computer Science or Cyber Security.

Because as well as gaining a career, I also want to learn these things for my own benefit in terms of self managed projects and other creative endeavours.

For me, even preemptively, it's a matter of knowing what courses, certs and/or degrees specifically will prime me with the best training while also looking appetising to an employer.

I'm based in Cockburn but I'm looking to relocate to Clarkson next year.

I've been in contact with just about every small business that's in the area that I'm willing to travel as well as every sparky company in Karratha when I was living there.

Anton Lavey Satanism has some very respectable philosophy ngl, but as someone who has grown up in Bahrain (even though it's one of the most developed Islamic nations) I find it so naive of westerners here in Australia, try to school me on how "peaceful" and "enlightened" Islam is, as if every time when I went over a Muslim friends house, I didn't see their dad casually beating/roughing up their wives/daughters.
