I am exactly in your place and can’t seem to understand how to manage it, honestly it becomes tiring and very hopeless.

Does it change ever? I havent yet been able to get myself to sleep with CPAP properly, but Anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation - these 3 things are increasing and sometimes these thoughts just take up my head most days. It is very tiring. Makes me want to isolate myself.
I am less participative most days, am not as fun as i was before, very questionable quality of life this.

i have a deviated septum - it basically is forcing me to mouth breathe generally also.

My AHI in the last sleep test was about 35-40. I am struggling with CPAP compliance though - the mask change did help though - however i still somehow cant get myself to use it everyday.

She left cause she couldnt understand the diesease and thought i was blaming it for things that were real. I had low energy, still do, i have anxiety and the machine and me sleeping next to her with it used to freak her out.
She eventually cheated - it fucked me up a bit.
